If you would like to return the artwork you ordered and received, please follow the steps below:
1. Please email info@thecolabsite.com and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, stating the details of the work as well as your contact information
2. Once your request has been accepted, we will be in touch with you to arrange the best method of shipping.
3. All artworks must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived. In order to receive a refund, artworks must be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging.
4. Once your order has been safely received back by CoLab, we will process your return and refund the credit or debit card you used to pay with. Please note refunds can take approximately 5 - 10 working days to arrive, depending upon the bank.
The cost of shipping is included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
Works will be shipped promptly by the host gallery by courier service, once funds have cleared.

Due to Covid-19 the shipments may be slower than usual, but the host galleries will keep buyers informed of timescales.

Customer Due Diligence requirements for HMRC
Under the terms of the anti-money laundering regulation effective from 10 January 2020 we are required to conduct customer due diligence (CDD) on all sales of works of art over €10,000 before the transaction is carried out. While therefore we may agree such a sale in principle, we will not be able to conclude (i.e. receive funds, give up possession or transfer title) it until we have received all the necessary CDD information from you and have been able to verify it as required by the regulation.

Ownership and Reproduction Rights
The parties mutually agree as follows:
Originality
The artist hereby covenants that the work is his/her original and that he/she shall not produce a replica of it.

Edition
If the work is one of an edition, the artist hereby covenants that the size of edition shall not be increased after the date of execution of this contract.

Reproduction
Although the copyright in the work is retained by the artist, the buyer shall be entitled to permit the reproduction of the work in books, art magazines and exhibition catalogues, categorised as ‘educational’
